Refund policy
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@skinpopessentiel.com. Please note that if your return is accepted, it will need to be sent to the following address: Suite 9, 15 Jere Street, Garki, Abuja. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that if item is opened or used, we will not accept it back.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that do not have seal.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your bank details will be requested & we will refund within 3 business days.
Also note that Stockpile expires after 3 months. If you do not request delivery within 3 months, your order will be cancelled and we will not make a refund.
