Delivery Info

Abuja Central:

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are delivered between 1:00pm – 8:00pm. Orders placed after 12:00 noon may be delivered the next day, depending on order volume.

Suburban & Satellite Areas:

Deliveries are scheduled for the next day starting from 12:00 noon.

Urgent & Emergency Deliveries:

If you require your items earlier, we recommend scheduling a Pick Up to avoid inconvenience. You may book your own Bolt, Uber, or Glovo rider for faster service.

Important Policy:

Subsidized Rates: Our delivery rates are discounted to save you money; please choose this option only if your order is not time-sensitive, as delays may occur due to volume.

Timing: We do not have direct control over exact delivery times.

Sundays: We are closed on Sundays. No deliveries are processed.

INTER-STATE DELIVERIES:

We deliver to other states using ABC Cargo, Park Drop-Off, and Fez Doorstep Delivery. If you have a preferred delivery service, please contact the store to arrange this.

Shipping/Tracking info is sent via email, keep an eye in your "promotions/spambox". Or create an account on our website with the email address used for your order to track your order.

All Delivery rates are displayed on our checkout page.

If you have items on stockpile and want to order again, please select stockpile and checkout your order, then fill the delivery form on our website Menu when ready for delivery.

Please note that Stockpile expires after 30 days. If you do not request delivery within 30 days, your order will be cancelled and we will not make a refund.

Add to pending order is only applicable to previous orders who have already paid for delivery and want to add an item before it is sent out.
